Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and include proof of purchase.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our Customer Assistance Team so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery without justification. Items must still be unused and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
